"The place was challenging to find, but all of Venice is a challenge. It’s a bit longer to walk from the train station than we thought, but we were pleasantly treated to a great room in a great location. The room was clean and extremely spacious! It was located in a great area close to the water taxis. Easy walking to most attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place. Absolutely charming!"

"If you want unique, historic, one-of-a-kind with character, this is your place. In an old palace with only six guest rooms, ours was over a sidewalk cafe giving the feeling of being in the heart of things, but the windows and shutters blocked out the noise when we wanted. The furnishings are very comfortable; the bathroom has the ubiquitous quarter circle shower, but everything works great with lots of hot water and cool AC. It’s very conveniently located. We walked everywhere—San Marco, Rialto...

"Very nice hotel in a convenient area."

"We spent 4 nights here. The location was great for getting around and out of the hustle and bustle of the very crowded and expensive S. Marcos neighborhood. Room was a good size for a couple. Bathroom was clean and a good size for European standards. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, clean and neighborhood feel in Venice."

"Well maintained and clean."

"It was a great location."

"Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was cramped and noise from outside made it hard to sleep."
