"Great room with modernised decor- much better than we thought it would be. In the perfect location, just minutes away from San Marco Square and only a 7 min walk to Rialto bridge. Despite being right in the centre of the action, no street noise could be heard at all! The breakfast was good, mostly continental, but you could order freshly cooked eggs and bacon. "Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable."

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "
