"Property was very clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent!
We did have a hard time finding the place but I’m pretty confident most places in the area are hard to find given the layout of the streets.
I was very impressed with the front desk staff who were able to give excellent recommendations for places to see and eat in areas we wanted to see. All recommendations were spot on!
The hotel location is excellent, right near several important sights and water taxi/buses are easy to catch if going nearby. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again "
"Our recent stay at H10 Palazzo was simply sublime, a truly unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped in, the check-in process was a masterclass in hospitality; the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. Their warmth and efficiency set a wonderfully inviting tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just a five-minute walk from the water taxi station made our arrival even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ranging from charming local trattorias to upscale restaurants, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal.
We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
