"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It looks beautiful both inside and out. It has a luxurious feel to the reception and bar. The balconies out the front are amazing, as you can sit with a welcome drink (which they give for free) and watch gondola’s pass by. The views are by far the best views ever, and the hotel room we stayed in was so large. We had two fully opening windows which overlooked the canal, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel was so incredibly clean"

"It turned out to be a pleasant stay, thanks to the response of the staff and their understanding. At the time of booking, thanks to Hotels.com incorrect information and hiding critical information, I ended up booking a smaller room. When I checked in I was surprised to see the insufficient accommodation. After a series of customer conversations and spending an hour on call, I finally made Hotels.com call the hotel reception to accept their fault. The hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger and better room at no additional cost. "

"This hotel has the best location- 4-min walk to Piazza San Marco, 6-min walk to Rialto and nearby the hotel are plenty of options for eating good food, gelato and souvenir shopping. There are also a few upscale shops, a bookstore and lots of quaint bridges and gondola services. Get the breakfast option as well, it’s worth the money land the options are plenty and delicious "
