"Very clean and pretty place to stay. The grounds are beautiful as well as the rooms. There is a bus stop just a minutes walk away to take to downtown Venice. You can buy bus passes from the front desk. Highly recommend if you're planning a trip to Venice but don't want to stay directly downtown. "

"Five stars all round for this stay. The staff could not be any more helpful. They advised where to buy a bus ticket to Venice for 1.5 euro. I am “ older” and walking with my luggage caused me to doubt my ability to do the bus. A taxi would have been 40 or 50 euro. I managed just fine! The room had everything I needed. As someone else mentioned the pillow is very flat. I solved that with a towel from the bathroom. My room was upstairs ( ugh!) but the carried my luggage up for me. I recommend...

"This is very basic accommodation near the airport. Pros: Property is clean and the owner is friendly and helpful. He arranged a very early shuttle for me that arrived exactly on time. Cons: There really isn’t much to see or do in the area. It’s probably only appropriate for someone flying out early in the morning. The walls are thin and you hear everything in the hall and next door. "
