"Loved this place bc it is away from the crowded section of San Marco, but it is still on the Grand Canal as begins to go around Venice. The rooms are clean, breakfast was good especially the double expressos! The rooms are on the smaller side but we really didn’t mind bc we were there to explore Venice not stay on a room all day. "The apartment was spacious and amazing with a lovely view of canal and square. The area was a little more out of the way so nice and quiet. Getting in with the Bluetooth key was a bit unsettling and didn’t work right away. We were constantly worried about it working because it took several seconds to open the door. The water pressure on main floor shower was poor but master bedroom was fine. Overall would come again"

"My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that."
