"Clean, well maintained and up to date room. Parking was expensive, very tight and somewhat inconvenient to get into the parking garage. Quite a bit of street noise could be heard in the room, particularly early in the morning. Only issue was the main TV didn’t work properly and management failed to fix it after two requests. Instead they tried to gaslight us, telling us it was fixed when it wasn’t; we didn’t appreciate that."

We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. "Very friendly staff that was helpful with directions, taxi service and smooth check-in. The included breakfast each morning was fantastic. It was not your cookie cutter modern hotel, it had character. Only downside was the traffic noise in the room. It was on a very busy intersection with lots of commercial traffic and the windows did not block the road sounds."
