The Keefer House is an excellent choice to see Vancouver. The location polite you close to the waterfront, stadiums, and downtown, if that's your jam. The staff was responsive to a quick request and the gym was clean. Great property.

The property itself is nice- seem to have been actual studio apartments that have been turned into hotel rooms. The check-in process, while a bit awkward (there is no front desk, no live person to interact with), it did go smoothly. I think the biggest detractor is the location; it’s only a block away from Hastings St and all of the problems there.

Loved staying here! So sleek and clean and I enjoyed the area we were in. No parking garage but there is one across the street that’s easily accessible. The only downside is that one of the rooms didn’t have a split AC/heater unit so it got a little stuffy when the doors were closed but otherwise it was okay

We stayed in the studio apartment and it was very beautiful and we had a really great view of the mountains. Walking distance from Rogers arena which was perfect as we were in town for a concert there. Really friendly staff as well. Would definitely book here again

Great location on the edge of downtown Vancouver. In a unique neighborhood with lots of great restaurant and bar options. After dark, I didn't feel 100% comfortable at night but just kept my wits about me. Super clean room that is well-stocked with everything you need, even in the kitchenette.

Everything was amazing ! It was the perfect location for my concert. 6 minute walk to the arena. They even have a security guard out front all day. The only thing was the code for the door/elevator wasn’t working so I was stuck in the lobby a few times waiting for the host to get back to me with a new code. But very minor.

Excellent service, super clean room . Flew in from Australia and we’re kind enough to provide access to our room early to Takexa nap before heading out to explore . Apartments Well fitted out , beds very comfy . Unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay . Clean and spacious apartment, close to Roger’s Arena and Restaurants. However, the area is not safe for walking due the high volume of drug users. The property has a night security guard but still I don’t feel safe outside. Also, no on-site parking so if you have a car you have to park in the street or the parking garage across the street. Everything it’s fine inside the property but to get there is very unsafe.
