We arrived very early but did not receive a room until late afternoon which was annoying but staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Was not exceptional but a comfortable stay. Very close to waterfront, city, Stanley Park and even Gastown.

Spacious double Queen suite where the only minor irritation was poor planning around siting of power sockets (ie kettle provided had to be placed on floor in walkway to be plugged in) Otherwise, room decor clean, bathroom spacious with wet room type open shower. Day to day housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. All staff were extremely friendly, genuine, courteous and appeared to enjoy working there. Location in city convenient and would recommend a future stay.
