M Social New York Downtown (Formerly Millennium Downtown New York )
10/10 Excellent
"View of the corner rims are amazing but the staff do not greet you. They don’t have simple manners. Welcome to the M social none of that and upon checking out she said “you’re good to go”. Nothing out of this world but for the price and appeal you think there would be more serviceability.
Elevators were constantly down which makes you wonder if the staff does this on purpose to make dealing with people less frequent, not that many people were bugging them to begin with. 6/10 not bad but not great the room view did the heavy lifting also cleaning staff was in point."
"People at reception were great, offered drinks, took care of luggage while we waited for room. Room was ready early. It was clean and neat. We had access to the roof deck, totally worth it! Lots of great restaurants in the area, shopping, galleries and sites. Would definitely stay again "
