Nice location, with good food options. Subway stations are also very close by. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The only disappointment was the AC in the room, which was not able to cool down the room in the night.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is a great place to stay. Supper nice staff and clean rooms. I stayed for a night and They held my luggage for me the next day while I visited the city and even gave me an umbrella because it was raining even after I checked out wow.

I really loved the room; everything was clean and comfortable, and the view of the Brooklyn Bridge was simply perfect. The location is excellent, with train stations very close by and plenty of food options easily accessible. Having a small fridge in the room was very convenient, and when we asked for a microwave, they provided one depending on availability. Room service was amazing, always attentive and fast. The front desk staff also spoke Spanish, so it was very easy to communicate with them. I truly enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
