"We arrived super late from a very delayed flight and the staff was so accomodating as I was with my 2 young daughters. They checked us in quickly. Hotel was great and will stay there more often as everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable"

"Beautiful historic hotel! Loved the live music in the lobby. I was there in a traditional room sith 2 double beds, and then i upgraded to a suite. Both were nice rooms, but i LOVE a good suite! Personnel at the hotel were kind and helpful. Have a cocktail and a brownie in the lobby- you won't regret it!"

"This hotel is in a nice location for a quick weekend trip - it’s on the Riverwalk and Michigan Avenue, which were the two areas that I accessed during my time there. It was clean, quiet (as much as it can be in the middle of a busy city area), and our room had everything we needed. I like when hotels provide pump bottle shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion - this one provides all! "
