"The location is wonderful, the bar/restaurant area was very good. Food and pricing well worth it. The outdoor terrace was my highlight. Room super cute and clean, Loved the remote shades. A few downsides, need 24 hour notice for a room cleaning. (I did not pay attention to the details, but was accommodated for a same day cleaning, a great plus). The mattress was super firm, not wood hard but a bit hard for my liking, the drawer pulls required me to use a hanger to open them. My fingers with longish nails couldn't do the trick. Lastly the room has an IPAD for many of the controls. All of which were easy to use. However, using the apps for locating TV programs wasn't possible. as there is no tv program listing just APPS to pop into to see what's currently playing, If the price was right, I would stay again because I loved the outdoor terrace space so much and the location is great, "

"We enjoy staying at this property when we visit Chicago, as it really is right in the heart of the city. Many sights and great restaurants are within walking distance or a mere short Uber ride away. Very pleasant front desk staff, and the coffee shop has a great brew!"

"The counter/dresser hadn't been clean that well. It was an empty water bottle on the floor behind the leg rest. That indicates to me that the furniture wasn't shifted so that that area could be cleaned."

"This was a great stay, however, we came from out of town, when we arrived we asked the front desk staff if we needed a reservation for the Restaurant for dinner, when we arrived we asked again, as we were leaving to explore the city, were told we did not. So when we came back, after a lot of walking, and by now very hungry we try to get a seat and was told they have no opening until after 9:00 PM.. On a Saturday night in Chi town, you won’t just be able to get a table anywhere, we did not wanted to drive anywhere neither. So that was a big inconvenience ."
