"The hotel lobby is beautiful but when I got to my room, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The bed is more firmer than normal which for some people might not be something they want. My real gripe is the bathroom had no working ventilation, the bathroom light stoped working 2nd day and the mirror on the door was not secured properly. "

"It wasn't worth the price we paid. Our flight was delayed and we got there a day late and was still charged for the unused night. The telephone in the room didn't work. Water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower. No parking was available."

"The restaurant was closed, so that was disappointing. They did have coffee out in the morning, which was nice. The rooms are small and the windows are filthy, but it's a very old building so you kind of just accept it so you can be in the theater district. The towels were rough, I love a good soft towel and so that was lacking. The lounge/lobby was a delight, lots of good places to sit and have a drink by the fire- good ambiance. Staff was excellent! Oh- BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was NO streming services in our rooms. We would have done better to bring our laptop to watch a movie to relax at night- definitely plan for not being able to watch TV without commercials and being subject to whatever is on. Felt like an overnight stay from 1996 :)"
