"We had an awesome stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. It was a surprise to discover that there was a "destination fee" which covers the resort amenities. The fitness room was great but it was $139 for 2 days which seems a bit pricey. However, this is likely standard for all downtown Chicago hotels."

"Love this hotel. The best room layout/style of any hotel I frequent. The hotel staff is also super happy/helpful. Big fan of what they do here, especially the smile and helpful attitude of Antonio as soon as you arrive!"

"We had a great stay. The reason not for 5 stars is: Small bathroom No fan in bathroom Hot water took a long time to get hot Elevators were always packed and had to wait a long time Overall excellent service, clean! Very friendly staff, great location."

"Handicap rooms are difficult to get around without help bathroom was hard to get in and out off hard to sit at desk because the bed was to close but the room was very clean and the housekeeper kept asking us everyday if she cleaned our room good the staff was so nice it gets 5 stars from us"
