"The only complaint I have is that the check in process was a little slow. There were 3 workers walking around behind the counter gossiping instead of helping the line out the door of customers waiting to check in. "

"Spacious clean rooms. Great view. Only thing missing was glass drinking glasses. Room was quiet, i could not even hear the room next door or above me. I wish there would have been an excersise room. But great location i could walk to the Katy trail. Casino and restaurants were a bonus even won money on the roulette table. The pool was amazing also with great vibes. When i come back to this area, i will for sure booked this hotel again."

"Went to St. Louis for a cardinals game and the zoo. Have been going to the St. Louis area for decades. This is now my favorite property to stay and where my family will stay while in the area as long as the service and property stays the same. The 5:30 kick back is such a cool idea also! "
