I’ve contacted corporate and filed a complaint due to a couple of individuals that have no management or hospitality skills whatsoever. The overhead manager, Ed Sosa blew me away with his inability to behave professionally after filing a complaint against the general manager, Crystal and her evening staff, Front desk concierge that accused me of racism while treated me with very little respect. The morning staff was respectful and extremely professional. The evening staff displayed disgraceful treatment and the GM, a backhanded tone as well as accusations of racism were appalling. If anyone was bias in a discriminatory manner, it was the attitude and tone of these individuals when I first walked into the lobby. I grew up in the area and never in my life have experienced a hotel that my friends and family have used for years throughout high school parties, activities, catastrophic events when our town flooded turn into something so discriminating and indifferent towards certain individuals. These people are obviously not from our community.
