"I stayed at this LaQuinta 6 years ago and liked it. I was disappointed this time. The hot tub they used to have got paved over. The first room I was given smelled so strongly of ammonia that I couldn’t use it. The second room smelled like industrial cleaner and gave me a headache. The bathtub had a loud consistent drip. There were sticky stains just outside of the door. A maintenance worker pounded on the door next to mine and called maintenance so loudly I thought it was for me. That gave me...

"I was surprised that daily housekeeping service had to be requested and was not routinely provided. I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels and toilet paper and to dispose of my own trash. "

"Staff very friendly and efficient. Clean and fluffy bed and pillows. Quick Trip right across street. Internet did not work in room, only lobby. Bathroom is small. They put us in room and right across from ice machine and it was loud, woke me up in the middle of the night. But price was significantly less than other hotels I lookwd at by Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. "

"I liked the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. I didn’t like the lack of available parking in close proximity of the entrance to the hotel. I arrived late at night, and felt uncomfortable walking the distance I had to park. It was also disconcerting to see a large truck park perpendicular, taking up 4 parking spaces, rather than park in the remote area I had to park in."

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "

"We liked the location of this hotel. It was easy to get on the highway from here and to all of the attractions. "

"The breakfast was hot and had several options like pancakes, biscuits & gravy, eggs/sausage and other items that were quicker like toast and bagels. The pool doesn't have a hottub, which was a little disappointing, but it was also freezing in the pool. The water was incredibly cold, even though it was indoors. The staff and service were excellent though! We were able to get into our room as soon as we checked in and the process was very easy. "
