This property was closed by the city of St. Louis due to being unfit for human inhabitants. I did not get any sort of notification of this, until I tried to check in after my concert that I was in town for. Now Expedia is giving me the run around to get a refund because the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone when they tried to call— but the hotel is legitimately closed so of course they will not answer.

Staff was wonderful! Part of the property is under construction, but that didn't bother us at all. The beds were super comfy, and the room was very clean. Overall the property is older and some places show it, but a great value and comfortable stay!
