"The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day."

"Quaint little place in Vancouver, very close to the City Hall Skytrain station. Room was clean, had a coffee machine and fridge, clean towels and bathroom supplies. The front desk person was nice and made sure to give me food when she learnt I would check out before the complimentary breakfast."

"There is an issue with the temperature in their steam room and sauna. Spent 20 minutes in their sauna with the temp on max and barely broke a sweat. Disappointing that it wasn’t working properly."

My only criticism, is that the connected casino waives parking for guests spending $50 for the night. The hotel charges $55 a night. I wish I had known that since I had been playing at the casino nightly. When I asked them if they could honor this, the answer was a very polite…NO."

"The hotel is located on a busy street, and has very thin exterior walls, along with an AC unit that was in the window, so you could hear every vehicle, conversation, noise and leaf drop outside on the street. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean and newly updated, but the sleep was terrible due to the constant interruptions from outside. Despite the areas that they did really well, I would definitely not stay here again."

"Walked in later after an emergency , my husband staying in VGH.. told the check-in clerk…she gave me one night and no discount. Ended up back and finally got a discount with the same clerk 3 days later. Got screwed over the weekend"
