Hotel is excellent. Had everything that a person would need for a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, room was spotless and nice staff. Will definitely book again. The only negative is no fault of the hotel, but downtown Vancouver is being destroyed by homelessness, drugs and immigration. The Canadian politicians and government should be ashamed of itself.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to all requests. We arrived before check in time, but our room was ready within a few minutes of us getting there. They help bring our luggage to our room and stored it for us when we checked out. The room was beautiful and fully upgraded.

Stayed here 2 nights with my teen daughter and we both loved it! We felt safe, it was close to a lot of areas we were seeking, Canads Place, Gastown, Robson, and many restaurants.
