"The pools were lovely. Cool rainy day, so nice to get into the hot pools! Being short staffed, pool towels were unavailable in both the evening and in the morning when we went. We were able to get small sized towel from the front desk. We also had no robes in the room so needed to call down for some. Waited about a half hour, then called again... eventually we received some. The weight room has some broken equipment - which was already broken when we were there in the summer. I still highly...

"Great hotel and great location. They were fixing one of the five elevators. What do you would have to wait? Almost 10 plus minutes for an elevator. Something seems to be wrong"

"I love how unique it was. It was convenient. And all the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable."

"As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable on the property. The shared bathrooms were always clean and well kept. I loved the open layout of my room. Only downside was no elevator for ease of luggage transport, but other than that, it was a great accommodation and location."

"Great location, older but clean rooms Parking was $30/night"

"Very disappointing experience. The bedding was ripped and dirty, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable. The hotel is far too expensive for this level of quality and service. Definitely not worth the price we paid."

"Great experience. Clean, comfortable hotel located downtown very near to cafes, restaurants and a very nice mall. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Flexible checkout upon request. Excellent overall"

"Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I never get good sleep on vacations because no matter how clean or expensive a hotel seems my OCD notices its a lie and something is dirty like towels, the sheets have stains etc. but Paradox literally broke that habit I slept the best I have in years and the staff was top notch. Coming back to stay again with the family soon."

"Clean showers and restrooms that were cleaned regularly"

"Great location and staff help"
