"Great"

"Decent property. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a motel not a hotel so entrance to the rooms is from the outside and there is more traffic noise as a result. Room overall was clean but there is some definite wear and tear. Not the largest room but enough space for a short stay. Some updating has been done but the Windows are older and thin. Good value and location with easy access and a fair number of dining options nearby."

"Well placed if you are walking, Sushi across the road and it has a great breakfast lunch restaurant. If driving Comox and Courtney along with the rest of the island is at your feet."

"Clean, cheap hotel, old but suitable for a quick stay. Old furniture but functional. Safe and adequate."

"The property is beautiful. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean. My room however had a very strong odour of mildew which was retained by all of my belongings after checking out. Quite unappealing. I wouldn’t stay in that same room again, but if they have other rooms that don’t smell of mildew I would consider it."

"Our family loves staying at Comfort Inn, it’s easily accessible, affordable and very comfortable. We appreciate the friendly staff helping us with any questions or if we forgot toothpaste."

"Clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Very cool experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful (they even helped me get Netflix working!). Great location, right in historic townsite and close to the movie theatre. The room was smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed. There's also a microwave on the first floor. The self-playing piano, presented as the hotel's resident ghost, added the perfect Halloween vibe!"

"Going from the 7th floor to get breakfast on the 3rd floor is an early morning workout as there is only a two floor elevator. The breakfast was not worth the effort. Being in our late 70's not going back unless they put in an elavator."

"No microwave in the rooms and limited wifi made for a less than enjoyable stay. Will not stay again."
