The staff was friendly. They charge to store baggage for the day, $1 per bag, which isnt much, but this is the first time I've ever had a hotel charge to hold luggage (we had a late flight out). Would stay here again."

"Seems that the code for check in and getting into the elevator and room wasn’t fully set up or something. We were sent a code that didn’t work. Thankfully there was one staff member at the hotel that could help us with this, but phone support was hard to access when we needed it most. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the accessibility, but would recommend to someone looking for somewhere to stay more long term. We were there for only one night so just doesn’t seem practical for that type of trip. The room and bed was comfortable, and we were pleased with the in room amenities such as fridge and dishwasher."

"Really convienent place to stay if you are going to an event at the BC Place. Also walking distance to their famous Chinatown. Parking at the hotel is very limited amd stalls are small if you drive a large SUV or truck."
