"Lovely hotel overlooking Thames river. My husband and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had a room with a beautiful river view which I believe was a complimentary upgrade, and were given a surprise gift to our room of Proseco and chocolates. We found the staff extremely helpful throughout the stay. The TV in the room was not working properly and when reported someone responded within a matter of minutes- although it was not possible to repair it we were offered the choice to move to a different room. There was an extensive choice for breakfast and again staff were always helpful. We would definitely consider returning to the hotel when in London in the future. "

Front desk ladies, Precious and Aleea were so personable and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable… Anna the front desk and room services manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect after a minor hiccup with our reservation upon our arrival. All in all we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wondrrguk hotel in London!!! "
