"The spa facilities were amazing, and the huge bath tub was beautiful! "

"Staff were not on the desk at the advertised time. Messages from the hotel were all in German BUT, when I got there you can check in on a screen so it all worked out. Very clean but nobody around. I guessed the tapwater in the room was ok to drink but had no choice really! I seem ok! Breakfast really limited if you’re a vegan but somehow I really liked the place and Putney itself is walkable and good fun. "

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "
