I therefore spent the majority of the evening administering additional insulin, to try to bring my blood sugars down. The breakfast was basic, and lacked the beverages being hot enough. "

"Check in staff were friendly. Upgraded our room, allowed for earlier check in with a cost. Housekeeping and food service ordering could use hugh improvements. Sent wrong item but did replace. Could not order room service after 9pm even though they advertised 24 hour. Front desk answer every call and transferred to other departments."
