We loved the location of the property. Looking at the Thames and Big Ben at night was magical. The staff are phenomenal!! We highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were really friendly and our room was lovely and very well priced. Just a bit out of the centre as we usually stay in Mayfair but it was great to be in a new area we haven’t stayed in before and the views of Big Ben and Westminster were brilliant.
We enjoyed the attractions were in walking distance and very easy to navigate the city but lack of air conditioning in our room was not the best overall good stay though
Good location, five minute walk to all three hop on hop off bus lines. Rooms are nice but fairly small. Breakfast is good and reasonable for London standards. Staff are very friendly.
Although small the room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast on property was ok but nothing much to get excited about. Location was optimal. Walking distance from many attractions along the Thames.
Great riverside setting with terrific views from the excellent Lebanese restaurant. We had a river view room but the hotel was very full, so we only had a first floor room, which was disappointing: we only booked on the day of course. POTUS bar downstairs was excellent and had a good TV set up, whereby you could listen to sound via headphones. Solid 8 out of 10 overall.
This is a lovely hotel with high standards for cleanliness and service Breakfast was very good with as n excellent selection at the buffet. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for short and long trips. The area is beautiful with views from the window of zing Ben and Parliament. Only negative is that it’s at least a 15 minute walk to the tube station
Clean room with spectacular view. Shower reeked of BO when we arrived, staff quickly cleaned it but it lingered the whole week. Great location as far views go, but not much in the area for food. The hotel breakfast was adequate and expensive (on par for London). Lack of pool was disappointing but that's my fault for assuming a hotel of this caliber would have one.
Ideal location for walking along the Thames and into Westminster and Central London.
Worth paying a little more for the exceptional river views from a high floor. Immaculately maintained as I now come to expect from the Hyatt Group.
We very much appreciated our time and stay. The staff were wonderful and very attentive to our needs, especially as first time visitors to the UK. There were so many things that the staff did to make our stay safe and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again!
Excellent location in a quiet part of central London. Very walkable to the tourist sights. Restaurant on the top floor is famously great. Food is good and reasonably priced.
