Great hotel with friendly staff located close to Waterloo Station. The breakfasts are very good and the staff could not be more accommodating (they have agreed to a 1pm checkout every time I have asked). I look forward to my stay here every time I am in London.

This hotel was a great choice for exploring London. The location is very convenient—just minutes from Waterloo Station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The hotel was well maintained. Umisha at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. There is NO parking anywhere, dropping off bags from our rental was a bit difficult. Waterloo station is a short walk. The beds are very firm and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would stay there again!
