Have to use room key to operate elevators which are slow. Liked having bedroom separate from kitchen/living area. No bathtub so bathroom is extremely small with no counter space. "Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "

"We booked the accommodation for a short stay in London. It was convenient for both tube and buses into the city centre and had a great choice of eateries close by. It was easy to find and easy to access. All the pre-arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and was just what we needed for the stay.
