Conveniently located, very clean. Friendly, accommodating staff, always ready to help. Dinner and bar services are very good. There are no places for breakfast in close vicinity, but a full breakfast at the hotel offers a large number of items on the menu.

Great location, clean, quiet hotel in a fairly busy location but not a sound heard in the room. Bathroom’s are quite small with not much space for a toilet bag, but that’s about the only criticism I have, but that is normal for a lot of London inner city hotels.

This hotel is very elegant and clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The location in South Kensington is perfect with a short walk to the Gloucester tube station! Walk through the neighborhood as it is stunning. Reminded me of NYC’s Upper Westside. All of the Concierges were extremely helpful with recommendations. Etc.

Excellent location, close to two subway stations that connect you to the whole city. Lots to see walking distance. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok, if you’re craving better food or matcha for example there are good options walking distance. Do note the subway line to Heathrow doesn’t open till around 8am so if you have an early flight like we did you’ll need to take a cab which wasn’t cheap

Nice room albeit a bit small. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking but thats personal preference. The staff were very helpful and kind and it is in a great location close to the museums. Would recommend to someone visiting London for a city break as the hotel is very well located.

This hotel is in a lovely neighborhood and great location, near Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, and many museums, including the Museum of Natural History. Beautiful hotel with lots of fun room amenities that you don’t see anymore like sewing kits and shoe mitts. They even had a scale in the bathroom so we could weigh our suitcases before our flight. Wow! I’ve never seen that before. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location to be near the airport but also near the main attractions of London. Definitely recommend this hotel.
