"The hotel is within walking distance to an undeground station. The check in process was fast and our room was comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included and appreciated the fact tthat we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out."

"We booked this room for our overseas trip to London. Upon arriving and looking for our entry code to the door, we realized that the hosts never sent any codes OR working contact information. Despite numerous phone calls, messages, and reaching out to Expedia, we never received any communication from the hosts, resulting in us having to scramble to find a place to stay at 11pm. This absolutely was a scam and I would not recommend staying here or this host. "

"Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and even a washer. The location couldn’t have been better—right on Kensington High Street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just steps away from the underground for easy access to the rest of the city.
