I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They assisted us with more than one thing during our stay, especially one woman who works there and a young man named Hani, who was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Whatever we asked for, they provided right away. Their warm attitude and great service made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Olympia conference center, staff were very friendly, allowed me to check in very late due to traffic on route however was clean and staff helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!

Location is the only plus for this hotel

quite possibly the worst hotel i’ve stayed in for cleanliness but the receptionist was helpful and location was good room was small bathroom smelt mildew and damp hot and no air flow dust behind radiator paint coming off the walls

Small rooms and honestly not the cleanest, but it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation. The location is great, and the owners/front desk staff were lovely and welcoming.

Great hotel.

This is our third stay and we have always enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't perfect, but they're comfortable for short term stays. Great hotel. We will definitely come back for a fourth visit.

Small, good for a couple days

Decent hotel. Reception was nice and helpful. Very small room. Good for solo travelers just needing a place to sleep. Close to public transportation.

A great, comfortable stay. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is our fourth stay, and we always have a great experience. Holland Inn Hotel is such an amazing hotel for the value. Rooms are very small but I wasn’t spending time in my room. The staff was great and made check-in easy and my all around experience was very positive.

This place is all about location 1min walk to Kensington olympia and 10mins to shepherds bush, hammersmith or Kensington high street perfect for if. You need almost dead centre at a reasonanle price

The hotel was very good. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t very big but was as expected. My only negative and no fault of the hotel is that it is in a quieter area so some nights most of the stores and restaurants close by close early.
