"Cockroaches. I reached out to the company about seeing cockroaches , and was completely ignored. It did not make our stay comfortable or pleasant. The actual unit is located nowhere near the "head office" that you need to go and get the keys from, which wasn't clearly communicated, so we wasted so much of our time "checking in", and when we finally did pick up the keys, the woman wasn't very pleasant. Also, broken shower tiles. Like, severely broken, basically falling off. I would not...

"I would pick another apartment or hotel. The check in and key pick up is 20 minutes by car away from the apartment. Also those hours were limited to 4-8pm. The unit is on the top floor, 5 stories up. No elevator and it’s a long heart pumping walk up even for young people. There is no number on the apartment door. The key to open the door was tricky. It must be turned all the way to the right and then pushed firmly. I was cautious not to push too hard, uncertain if this was even the correct door....
