"The small back alleys of Alfama confused the enemy back in the day but fortunately the modern smartphone has an app for that! The apartment is great but checked luggage loaders beware…the staircase is steeeep, especially after the first landing. "The location is great It was at a high point so every location we wanted to go to was downhill. Lisbon is called the Seven hill for a good reason. But returning was taken in sections. "The villa was a home from home. Had everything we needed to cook a meal most days of our stay. Provided toiletries in bathrooms too. Only downside was the cold pool. But in the summer I’m sure it would be perfect. Would highly recommend the villa and owners Thank you for having us"
