It was close to the metro and was in the centre of Lisbon. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel was ideal for us and had a real feel good vibe about it and I loved the shoe shop, bought a new pair during my stay.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and kind people! Marcus and Iris helped us with everything we asked for. Super helpful! Great location, walkable to almost everything. Decent to very good breakfast which sometimes gets a bit crowded due to the fact that it is served in the same space where the reception is VERY clean rooms which we appreciated a lot! Thank you! Great location. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was comfortable. The main entrance is located between 2 shoe stores. Upon entering you will take the elevator to the 3rd floor where reception is located (As well as the breakfast buffet). Highly recommended

The property was comfortable enough with spacious bathroom and room. The only thing is don’t expect your typical hotel lobby when you arrive it was confusing because you have to go through the shoe stores into the elevator to get to the third floor and then you realise it’s actually a hotel.

Great spot - nice breakfast and very clean rooms and well appointed. Very convenient spot to walk around Lisbon from. Can be noisy being downtown but that’s to be expected. Superb staff and hospitality.
