"The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful and accommodating! Very clean and inviting apartment was exactly as presented online. Located in the ideal spot for exploring downtown Lisbon and its surroundings!"

"Incredible stay at this gorgeous hotel. We arrived super early from an overnight flight and they were able to check us in quite earlier than our reservation time, which was extremely appreciated. The staff were beyond fabulous, every single one of them. They work hard, they’re kind, funny, and helpful. The room was great, the bed was super comfy, shower was hot and had great pressure, and we loved the breakfast options every day. Great area to stay, would 100% return if we are in Lisbon again!"

"Great location. Walkable to many things! You can walk out the entrance and you already have a selection of different restaurants to walk to close by. Close proximity to Rua Augusta and also the train station if you need. The staff was very helpful, most especially the front desk receptionist (I wish I remembered her name). Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything worked great. Our room was quite tiny but honestly it did not bother us - just something to keep in mind for people expecting a lot...

"Great location, friendly helpful staff. Well done room (though small) and fantastic balcony overlooking Lisbon life!! Good breakfast spread"

"The location was excellent, with many activities, shops, and dining choices just steps away. We were able to find everything we needed within a short walk."

"Great location and fantastic views on the roof top patio."

"Beautiful lobby area with very helpful staff and good size bedroom. The location was great too."

"Went 'above and beyond' to get us into our room early."

"Friendly"

"スタッフがフレンドリーなうえに親切で良かった。眺望が素晴らしい部屋に案内してくれた。隣から犬の鳴き声が聞こえたが犬好きなので気にならなかった。中心部から少し離れていてケーブルカーが停止中だったから歩いてホテルに戻るのは大変だったけど、リスボンはup and downの町なのでそれも旅の思い出です。"

"The location is very convenient, and the staff is nice and friendly. However, the room is too small and noisy, with street noise easily heard from inside. Overall, the room is not very comfortable, and the bathroom lacks counter space, making it inconvenient to use. Unfortunately, despite the good location and pleasant staff, the room itself was disappointing."

"Great location; walkable to many sites. Excellent views from the rooftop bar. Shower very small. Disappointing when we realized we had booked an extra night & were not able yo cancel it. Contacted both Expedia & the hotel."
