"very nice hotel"

"The room is small but functional; the room is perfect for two persons to sleep then explore Lisbon due to its central location. Great breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Walkable to Lisbon’s famous attractions. Overall, great stay and highly recommended for couple or solo traveler."

"We had specifically booked a Suite with a Rossio Square View, but instead, we were assigned a standard room. This was certainly not the room we had selected or paid for. It’s disappointing when you make reservations in advance and trust that everything will be taken care of, only to arrive and find out that your booking has not been honored as expected."

"Nice being on the tram line vs car traffic. Good location. Hotel room bathroom was dated and needed new caulking. And the bed wasn’t great, but overall good place to stay. Nothing fancy. Wouldn’t recommend but wouldn’t deter people from either."

"All the staff are wonderful and helpful. Will be checking in again next week"

"Great place, friendly staff"

"Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent"

"The hotel is pretty dated, but loved the staff and breakfast. Perfect location nearby to all restaurants, shops and happenings. Just a block way to Rossio station and we welcomed the short walk back to the hotel after a long day at Sintra."

"The hotel was clean, the staff were good. The location was good. The only downside was it's on a pedestrian street so you have to drag your bags a couple of blocks."

"We had a good stay and enjoyed our time here. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Beautiful little hotel, very friendly staff"

"Lovely stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! We loved the vibes, location and amenities. Highly recommend"
