"We arrived after a long journey from Vancouver, Canada, during the heat wave. Needless to say, we were very tired when we arrived. We didn’t realize that you had to walk through the restaurant inside the entrance to get to the front desk and it took us a bit to figure it out. Once we did, the girl at the desk was really nice and let us leave our bags so we could go grab food while we waited for our room to be ready.
