Very helpful that they explained options since we were new to Venice. The room was one of the most romantic I’ve been. Super clean and unique - absolutely love the decor! The location was also very convenient. Minutes walk to brand shops and ports. We were so happy to have chosen this hotel and would highly recommend!!"
