"Friendly staff and good location in Venice"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It looks beautiful both inside and out. It has a luxurious feel to the reception and bar. The balconies out the front are amazing, as you can sit with a welcome drink (which they give for free) and watch gondola’s pass by. The views are by far the best views ever, and the hotel room we stayed in was so large. We had two fully opening windows which overlooked the canal, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel was so incredibly clean"

The Water Ferry stops less than a block away (Rialto), two minutes to grocery stores, cafes, and shops, and the airport water shuttle picks up at the same Rialto stop. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is oversized and nice. USB and regular plugs easily accessible. Staff was pleasant and helpful."
