At the time of booking, thanks to Hotels.com incorrect information and hiding critical information, I ended up booking a smaller room. When I checked in I was surprised to see the insufficient accommodation. After a series of customer conversations and spending an hour on call, I finally made Hotels.com call the hotel reception to accept their fault. The hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger and better room at no additional cost. "

"WE LOVED ANS ENJOYED OUR STAY SO MUCH AT DIANA HOTEL. I am traveling with my grandma that is in a wheelchair and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough for a wheelchair and the bathroom was very accessible (no steps or bumps) for elderly people. The food at the restaurant was decent and overall we loved the decoration and how comfortable they made us feel. We will definitely be coming back at this hotel. 100% recommend if you plan to stay in Venice. "
