"The property was nestled between the restaurants and shops and my room had a balcony over the canal. It was relaxing to watch the gondola's pass under me. Host and his little

were wonderful. Communication before I arrived at the property was excellent as all my questions were answered. I love the decor because it gave me the feel of Venice 100 years ago, but with air conditioning and a great shower. I would definitely stay there again."

"4 stars is what this place deserved. It’s an 2 star hotel and has a really nice location to dine at a non touristic restaurant(and thus more authentic food). The area cannaregio is the best for these type of places and has amazing seafood. Hotel itself is okay, we had triple room with shared bathroom.
