"We never actually stayed in Luca's room. There was a mix up and the room was double booked. Luca however arranged for superior accommodation in a good location at no extra cost to ourselves. He personally took us to the new location and assisted with our luggage. He ensured that our visit to Venice went well."

"Clean, friendly staff, convenient location near train station, good breakfast, but a bit limited amenities, for example we got a welcome bottle of champagne that we could not consume as it was room temperature, and there's no refrigerator in the room, nor ice machine. Breakfast room is a bit small, but works and selection was great. "

"This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and the ferry, and there are countless restaurants and shops right down the street. The breakfast buffet is solid, and you can eat right on the canal. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Special shout-out to Lucrezia at the front desk, who was really helpful and might be the loveliest person in the City of Water!"
