"Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were in a family suite with heaps of room and access to all amenities. We were on the 4th floor but lucky enough to have a lift up to our apartment. Absolutely loved our first time stay in Venice."

"Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooftop terrace bar is brilliant with a great view of the grand canal and rialto bridge."

"If you want understated luxury this is the hotel for you."

"Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two...

"Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day."

"Incredible customer service. Everyone working reception was extremely nice and helpful."

"Très bel hôtel avec un personnel incroyable Je recommande grandement"

"We loved the room! It was very nice, the rooftop so perfect. Be prepared to climb steep stairs to get to lobby and rooms. Very worth it"

"The front desk staff and bartenders were friendly helpful and expert at their positions."

"A complete rip-off – Avoid this hotel! Abzocke - Meide dieses Hotel. Don't make the mistake of booking this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms instead of one through Expedia. The hotel knew we were only two people and that the second room was never used. Despite Expedia intervening, they refused to issue a refund. Keeping the money for an unused room is outrageous and shows a complete lack of goodwill and customer service. The woman at reception was friendly. The room was dark, had bars...

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was such a great variety of food and drinks. The cleaning staff missed a few things in our room. When the front desk was made aware they apologized and had the room recleaned."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looked after all of our needs including booking us a water taxi to the airport. Check in was smooth, continental breakfast was great. Overall a great hotel with a convenient location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."
