"Beautiful and well decorated room with AC (marble floors, glass chandelier, comfortable beds, very clean and good size), quiet and convenient location as well - in its immediate area there were some restaurants, a grocery store, and only about 5-7 min walk to Fondamente Nove. But walk 5 minutes in the opposite direction to a busier area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s not a full service hotel (they don’t consider themselves a hotel at all) but that was ok because we didn’t need it...

"Such a lovely hotel, close to the main streets but actually quiet nevertheless. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Having our breakfast in the garden was a real treat. Would recommended as a great base to explore the city."

"We got an upgrade to an excellent room. It was really like a palace room. Unfortunately, the fridge doesn't work, a staff were very helpful and agreed to use their big fridge. The Coop shop is really a minute from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, just keep in mind that you need to work for Ali Laguna stations."

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....
