"Lovely clean hotel, rooms were pleasant and clean, bed comfy. We didn’t enjoy breakfast struggled to get a table, coffee machine broken, didn’t think the quality of the food was up to much but I’m not a huge breakfast fan anyway so wasn’t really bothered. However, we had an evening meal one night during our stay and it was dreadful - my carbonara was hard, cold and bland the quality of my husbands burger was awful it was like mush had better from a burger van. I also ordered a cafe latte but just hot milk arrived no coffee in it whatsoever. Saving grace was that the tiramisu was delicious. All in all I would recommend this hotel but I’d just avoid the food."

"We stayed for a night after a cruise out of Ravenna. Our privately booked guide (Carla) picked us up at the bus station, took us to a boat, and delivered us directly to the front door of this hotel. The hotel is directly on the canal so you go right from the boat to the entrance. There was an employee waiting to help with our luggage, and since we arrived before check in, they helpfully gave us a place to store our luggage, suggested a place for lunch, and since we had a larger party (8 people in three rooms) even called ahead to the restaurant (which was a quick five minute walk away) and made sure tables would be ready for us. In the morning we enjoyed their breakfast, which was enormous and tasty, before meeting Carla once again for a boat ride to the airport. The rooms were clean, the entire property was clean and maintained, and it's in a wonderful part of Venice that is less touristy."

"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when you’re on the 3rd floor that’s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."
