The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and all the services provided worked perfectly. The hotel’s location is fantastic, too — within walking distance of many of Florence’s best spots. If you’re looking for a place that feels both authentic and cared for with heart, this is it. "Fantastic stay. Staff were kind and welcoming. The room was in great condition. We had a drink on the terrace which was a lovely treat. The galley on the 4th floor where we stayed, the vending machine was out of order which was a little disappointing, but likely just saved me money in the long run. I loved the free chamomile tea I was able to have before bed. "

"Great for easy access to/from railway station and walking to main sights. Rooftop pool & bar and views over city a definite plus. Some of the cleaning and maintenence could improve. Lift access in building not great."

"Staff were very friendly and hotel only 10 mins from Train Station. Lots of Restaurants, sights etc all within walking distance. Hotel does not have lifts so if you have heavy luggage you will have to carry to your rooms "

"I stayed in Florence during a heatwave and the hotel was super cool and the air con in my room was perfect. I had a slight problem with the loo running (water) but they fixed it straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of gluten free and alternative milk options. Can recommend."
