"Disappointing stay at TheWheelsFlorence. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at this bed and breakfast. There was no one to greet us, no innkeeper on site, and no personal attention. Any request had to be sent through WhatsApp, and even then, it wasn't handle until the next day. We arrived to a room full of mosquitos-we killed around 25 on the first night and still got bitten. They don't offer free daily cleaning, which is fine, but at the very least the bathroom trash should be...
