The breakfast was amazing. The staff was super helpful, and offered to watch our bags until our room was ready, when we showed up two hours early after flying a red eye, and offered us a complementary cappuccino!

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff at the bar were very helpful. My only two complaints are that the breakfast is overpriced for what they have to offer. $20 euro a person for a continental breakfast. Also the windows are not sound proof so we often can hear sirens and construction workers in the evening. It is very walkable to the David,

We stayed at Ruby Hotel for four nights. The hotel is comfortable and located a little outside the city center. However, you can easily reach the main attractions with a slightly longer walk or a short taxi ride. The neighborhood is lovely and pleasant. One thing that makes this hotel unique, and something I had never seen before, is that the reception area is actually a 24/7 bar that also provides service to hotel guests. It’s a very interesting concept! One thing to keep in mind is that some of the hotel’s rooms are located in two separate buildings outside the main hotel. You can access these rooms either internally, which requires a longer walk, or directly from outside. We used the outside entrance for three days and only took the internal route once. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. However, if I were to stay here again, I would definitely request a room in the same building as the main lobby.

The hotel was lovely, the tram line was just outside the door, Great for getting into central Florence and to the rail station. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only down side was the breakfast, it was the same thing everyday and some items were running low and there is no fridge in the bedroom to keep water chilled. Otherwise perfect stay

The staff were so kind and helpful. They told us exactly how to take the transit to the airport. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was prepared so nicely and was delicious. I'd love to stay here again next time. The hotel was located at walking distance from the core.
