"Absolutely beautiful property. From the spacious rooms to the stunning courtyard and not to mention the relaxing spa/pool facilities. Its proximity to a lot of sights and restaurants was really good. And of course the staff were so very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Camillia for all her care and service to our group. Love, love, love this little sanctuary. Out of our three hotels we stayed at, this was our most favourite. Would not hesitate to come back for future Florence trips! Thank you! 🙏"

"On a typically narrow Florence street, it’s busy but no more than anywhere else. Close to the important sites people want to see, and not too far from the train station, but not so close that you get heavy roller suitcase noise. "

"This small hotel is charming. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. They have a small elevator, primarily for luggage, but it only goes to the second floor. Rooms on the third floor require walkup luggage delivery. It’s a minor inconvenience. "
